You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in good condition at all times, and for making good any damage caused to the vehicle other than through reasonable fair wear & tear.
When it comes to the end of your agreement with us we will make arrangements with you for the vehicle's return. On the day of the collection an initial appraisal of the vehicle condition will be carried out and you will be required to sign a handover sheet. Once the vehicle is returned to our site, a full inspection will take place. If this inspection results in any additional remarks we will contact you to discuss this directly.
Where the vehicle has been damaged beyond what is deemed fair wear & tear you will be recharged for this. For a definition of Fair Wear & Tear, including information on the BVRLA – the industry body who set these guidelines – please refer to our guide - click here
